An existing charming cape home that had 3 small rooms, including an outdated kitchen was transformed into a special place for family and entertaining, by removing the bearing wall by installing a beam. The room is now open and welcoming. The new corner windows gains nice views of the back yard. The farm sink in the corner, under mounted in the soap stone counter top. A raised area behind the sink makes a great area for plants, right in front of the windows and a nice back splash! The custom color painted base cabinetry in Ben Moore's "Elkhorn" color, is in keeping with the antique theme. The wall cabinetry is in a soft off white color. The counter top for the island is Cherry in an oiled finish.
